Uphill Duo: Roll Ball Game (“Uphill”) is a game published by Bala Technologies LLC. It does not collect, share or sell any information about you, and it doesn't send anything to a server.
- No accounts. There is no sign-in and no account.
- No network access. Uphill makes no network connections.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. Uphill contains no third-party code.
- What stays on your device. Your best score and your settings are kept in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, and you can reset your best score in Settings.
- The hinge. On iPhone Duo, Uphill reads the angle of the hinge to set the slope of the ramp while you play. It also remembers what the angle reads when the phone is fully open, so the slope is right the next time. Nothing about the hinge leaves the device.
- Children. Uphill collects no information from anyone, including children.
- Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app and on this page, with a new date.
